the bathroom's heated towel rail did not seem to function .

everything met my expectations! the staff was fantastic, from the trainees to the senior staff. food tasted delicious. the staff were very helpful too!
i booked the christmas lunch, however, the portions were not very big! the food, although ok, wasn't very tasty. it reminded me of a discounted pensioner's meal was served, but charged at full rate.

The exclusive Luxe package handled flowers, cake, and the dj. Tara, the coordinator, guided us through the process effectively. Our guests felt looked after throughout the event. Breakfast the next day was generous. All our guests left full and happy.
The pictures online can be MISLEADING! as the hotel is in a business park. Though it's still a beautiful Georgian building.
