The hotel was a great choice for celebrating special occasions, and the staff was attentive and eager to please, especially during my family's birthday celebrations. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my father's 90th and mother's 85th birthdays held at this hotel. The beautiful wood-paneled private lounge and the personalized touches made the occasion remarkable. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring the night was special for my parents. While I couldn't fault the food and service, I did wish for a slightly later breakfast option during my stay. Overall, the value for such exceptional service and ambiance was superb.
